Welcome to Holy Solos. By accessing or placing an order on holysolos.com, you 
agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT US
Holy Solos is operated by WhipTale LLC, a limited liability company registered 
in the State of Alabama, USA ("Holy Solos," "we," "us," or "our"). All inquiries 
should be directed to backstage@holysolos.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal 
guardian, to place an order on holysolos.com.

3. PRODUCTS
All products on holysolos.com are printed on demand. Slight variations in color, 
print placement, and fabric finish are normal and not considered defects. We 
make every effort to display colors and products accurately, but actual colors 
may vary slightly depending on your device's display.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to 
accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons 
of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without 
notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping 
address. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & 
Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on holysolos.com — including designs, logos, graphics, text, and 
the Holy Solos name and trademark — is the property of WhipTale LLC and is 
protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not 
copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of our content 
without written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use holysolos.com for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on 
our intellectual property rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to 
our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Holysolos.com and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without 
warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated 
in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhipTale LLC, its owners, officers, 
employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, 
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your 
use of holysolos.com or any product purchased through it. Our total liability 
for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise 
to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhipTale LLC and its affiliates from 
any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms 
or your misuse of holysolos.com.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without 
regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or 
relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or 
federal courts located in Alabama.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will 
always be posted on holysolos.com. Continued use of the site after changes 
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
