RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every Holy Solos tee is made to order just for you — printed, packed, and shipped 
the moment you place your order. Because each piece is custom-printed on demand, 
we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, 
or change of mind.

That said, if something's wrong with what you received, we'll absolutely make it right.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We'll happily replace or refund items that arrive:
  • Defective (printing errors, peeling, fading out of the box)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Materially different from what was ordered (wrong design, wrong size shipped, 
    wrong color shipped)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
  • Wrong size ordered by customer (please double-check our size chart before ordering)
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Items damaged from wear, washing, or improper care
  • Orders refused at delivery, returned for incorrect address, or unclaimed
  • Items reported more than 30 days after delivery

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Email backstage@holysolos.com within 30 days of delivery with:
  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defect or damage (and the shipping label if damaged in transit)

We'll review your request within 2 business days. Approved claims will be 
resolved with either:
  • A free replacement shipped to you at no cost, OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. 
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days 
to appear on your statement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
  1. Check with neighbors and your local carrier
  2. File a claim with the shipping carrier
  3. Contact us at backstage@holysolos.com and we'll help where we can

Holy Solos is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, 
but we'll always try to help resolve the situation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If a package 
is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is 
responsible for the cost of reshipment.
