SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE WE SHIP
Holy Solos currently ships within the United States only (all 50 states,
including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
We do not currently ship internationally. Stay tuned — we're working on it.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Every Holy Solos tee is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
SHIPPING TIME (after production)
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, standard shipping typically takes:
• 3–7 business days within the continental US
• 5–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses
Total estimated delivery: 8–14 business days from the date you place your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Promotional free shipping offers may apply during select campaigns.
TRACKING
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order
ships. If you haven't received tracking 10 business days after ordering, email us
at backstage@holysolos.com.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather,
natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. Please be patient
with delivery estimates during peak seasons and holidays.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your
package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll
be responsible for the cost to reship the order. We'll reach out by email if
this happens.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Holy Solos is not
responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure
address. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to
file a claim — we're happy to help where we can.
